1. Remove the drive belt from the motor. Disconnect the battery cables and turn off the cart.
2. Remove the rear differential cover and drain the oil. Disconnect the driveshaft from the differential.
3. Remove the throttle linkage, reverse linkage, and parking brake cable from the engine.
4. Remove the engine mounting bolts and lift the engine up and out of the cart.
5. Remove the clutch from the engine. Clean the clutch area on the engine and inspect for damage or wear.
6. Install the new clutch on the engine.
7. Install the engine into the cart and connect the throttle linkage, reverse linkage, and parking brake cable.
8. Reinstall the rear differential cover and fill with new oil. Reconnect the driveshaft to the differential.
9. Reinstall the drive belt onto the engine. Reconnect the battery cables and test the cart.
